Shipping Policy - Witch Is On Fire
We currently deliver within Sweden, Europe and to USA. Please note that we only have an online store and no physical store.
Minimumorder
Minimum order 99 SEK plus shipping. We reserve the right to cancel orders below the minimum order.
Shipping Cost
All packages are sent with home delivery within Sweden is trackable with Postnord. Shipping cost within Sweden is 99 SEK, and 115 SEK ( 15 USD) within Europe and to USA. International shipping is mainly shipped with DHL or UPS (Please note that it is not possible to choose between Ups or DHL for international delivery, and occasionally your order is shipped with other delivery companies, sometimes in multiple parcels). We will send your tracking number to your e-mail, as soon as the order is shipped, for any concerns please contact us.
Please note that we do not take responsibility for any VAT and customs costs or any other costs that may be incurred when the goods reach your country. as we are essentially a Swedish e-commerce, we recommend that you as a customer check for yourself what applies in your particular country.
Delivery Time
Our ambition is for you to receive your order as quickly as possible, we deliver once a week and normal delivery time is approx. 1-2 weeks (in some cases up to 3 weeks). During promotions and holidays, the delivery time may be slightly longer than normal. If you think that too much time has passed since you placed your order and no package has been notified - contact us via e-mail so that we can search and make sure that nothing has gone wrong.
Return & Refund
You as the customer are responsible for shipping costs when returning a product! You can cancel your purchase within 14 days. The cancellation period starts from the day you receive the item. We therefore ask you to pick up and go through your order immediately when you receive it, so that you can make a possible return in good time before the 14 days have passed. You of course have the right to examine the product. But if you are to be able to return the item, it must be in unchanged condition. You may not use an item or handle it in a way that is not necessary. The item is sent back in the condition it was in when you received it and in its original packaging (if such was present at the time of delivery). Pack the item well and in the same way as when you received it. You are responsible for the return costs yourself and are responsible for the item until we have received it. Please always contact us before returning an item so we know it is on its way. After we have received the item and checked that it is unused and free of defects, we will refund the value of the item to you. We do not accept returns after the 14 days right of withdrawal has passed.
Please note that we currently do not offer returns on jewelerys and bikinis due to hygiene reasons! From the time the customer has informed us via email that he wishes to make a return, the return must be sent from the customer within three working days. You yourself are responsible for the return shipping, you choose which shipping company you send with (such as e.g. postnord, dhl, or similar), you may not use cash on delivery or cash on delivery. Remember that you are responsible for the item until it is back with us. If you as a customer want to invoke your right of withdrawal and return an item, you should contact us at witchisonfire@gmail.com first. The item must not be used and must be able to be sold again as new to the next customer.
When we receive the item, we check it so that it is not damaged or deteriorated. We will then refund you as soon as possible. Refunds can take up to 30 days. Of course, we do our best to be able to refund as quickly as possible. Please note that open purchase, right of withdrawal and the Distance Purchase Act do NOT cover companies. Uncollected package does not count as use of the right of withdrawal!
It is important that you contact us in writing and get an approval before you send back returns or complaints! Returns / questions regarding returns must be emailed to us (we do not handle these matters in social media).

Damaged packages or packaging are reported directly to your agent when you pick them up. It is important that you check your order carefully as soon as you receive it so that any errors can be corrected. Incorrect or damaged/broken goods and hidden transport damage, we ask you to report them within 24 hours of receiving the delivery, attach a picture and your shipment number in an e-mail to witchisonfire@gmail.com. You will receive more information about how to proceed when you contact us. Remember to always save the receipt. Our goal is to always resolve it so that everyone feels satisfied, but should a possible dispute arise in the event of a complaint, we will of course follow the General Complaints Board's decision.
Refund
Reimbursement to the customer in the case of a returned or complained item takes place as soon as we have received the item back and checked it, but no later than 30 days after receipt. Reimbursement is normally made via the means of payment used when ordering, unless we have agreed otherwise with the customer.
Other
> When you have placed your order, you will shortly receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address you entered. It is therefore important that you entered the correct e-mail address when you placed your order.
> All images are our own or those of our suppliers. We do not guarantee that all images accurately reflect the actual appearance of the products or its color. It can sometimes be difficult to reproduce the product's color at the time of the photo and that colors are perceived differently on different screens. Sparkling jewelry is often more sparkly than the pictures show. Variations can occur on handmade jewelry, glittery jewelry is usually much more glittery in real life as glitter is difficult to reproduce in a photo. If you are unsure about the appearance of a particular item, please contact us and we will try to help with a detailed description or more pictures!
> We reserve the right to write errors regarding price and product specifications and stock balance.
> If it is the case that you have placed an order and an item is not in stock, you will receive an email about what you want to do with the rest of the order.
